As a native of New Haven for almost 22 years I have had the opportunity to experience a large variety of food that the New Haven area has to offer. Some of my favorite places to eat in the area include Sally’s Apizza, Louis Lunch, and Dee’s Deli to name a select few. However, my culinary world took a huge blow when The Yankee Doodle Coffee Shop closed in January.
